Certificates of Powers of Attorney Granted by Corporations
This document certifies that a corporation exists and fulfills its corporate purpose pursuant to Canadian Laws (Article 480 of Trade Legislation).
Requirements:

Document of incorporation or registration of the corporation, it must state the current status of the company, specially that it is still active and has not been dissolved, dully legalized.
- Letter from the company stating the name and title of the person signing the documents that is authorized to act as legal representative of the company, full legal name of the company and position / title of the signatory, dully legalized.
- The Power of Attorney being granted to the lawyer dully legalized.
All documents must be legalized by the Provincial Authorities, before the consulate of Colombia can process them. If legalizing the documents in Ottawa, you can have them stamped at the Authentication Division of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Canada (125 Sussex Drive, Information line: 9

Certificate: US$110.00
Legalization of documents: US$30.00 each
Ottawa Office – payment: Money order clearly stating “International Money Order” or certified cheque to the name of consulate of Colombia in US dollars.
